Refund & Return Policy

All LCCCTA merchandise is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because items are custom produced, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
Claims determined to be the result of a production or fulfillment error will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer:
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Orders will not be refunded for incorrect address submissions.
Unclaimed Shipments
Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility may require additional shipping charges to resend the order. Unclaimed returned items may be donated or disposed of after 30 days.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not offer returns or size exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
