Note: All LCCCTA merchandise is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because items are custom produced, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order online or contacting us regarding returns, exchanges, or order issues.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the problem

    Claims determined to be the result of a production or fulfillment error will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

  • If your package appears to be lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

    If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer:

    • The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

    • Orders will not be refunded for incorrect address submissions.

  • Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility may require additional shipping charges to resend the order. Unclaimed returned items may be donated or disposed of after 30 days.

  • Because all items are printed on demand, we do not offer returns or size exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

  • If you experience any issues with your order, please contact LCCCTA’s store admin as soon as possible at info@wyfenbok.com. We are committed to helping resolve legitimate order issues quickly and fairly.
